ACCOMMODATION

 

The Art Retreat is being held at Kingfisher Resort, Fraser Island. Fraser Island is the worlds largest sand island and is a miracle of nature - tropical rain forests, pure freshwater lakes, an expanse of beach and an amazing array of wildlife. The accommodation is self contained villa style and overlooks the bushland and is within walking distance to main resort facilities.These facilities included heated pool, cocktail lounge, a number of restaurants and access to the beach.

 GETTING TO HERVEY BAY

 By Air-  Qantas Link flies 3 times daily from Brisbane to Hervey Bay. Jetstar or Virgin fly daily from Sydney to Hervey Bay and return.

 By Car- Hervey Bay is a 3½ hour drive from Brisbane. Secure parking is available.
